Flooring
Minde Construction recommends installing flooring to complete your attic storage space. We use different types of flooring, including battened structural grade fire, vermin resistant tongue, grooved particle board for the majority of our projects.
Insulation
Would you like to save up to 40% on your energy bills? By installing quality ceiling insulation you can! As well as keeping your home cool in summer and warm in winter, attic insulation also helps reduce outside noise and minimise harmful condensation on walls and ceilings.
Minde Construction can install insulation at the time of your attic conversion. We use fiberglass insulation, foam panels from the market leading insulation manufactures including Kingspan, Isover, Rockwool. Fiberglass batts are the most common insulation in the market today. They are relatively inexpensive, easy to install and a reasonably good insulator.
